Refund policy

Pursuant to applicable law, you have 30 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Therefore, if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us within 30 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

• be unused and unworn
• be in the original packaging
• include proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• gift cards
• used products
• items damaged by improper use

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
