This Shipping Policy explains the delivery terms for orders placed on FPV.MONSTER.

We offer delivery within Poland and to selected European countries through trusted courier partners.

Available delivery methods may vary depending on the destination country and the products ordered.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

If there is any delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

Delivery Regions and Estimated Delivery Time

Poland

Delivery methods: InPost Paczkomaty, InPost Courier

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch

European Union countries

Delivery methods: Nova Post

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier workload, customs procedures where applicable, and peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

  • the selected delivery method
  • the destination country
  • the weight and size of the parcel

Estimated shipping costs:

Poland (InPost Paczkomaty / Courier): from 11 PLN

European deliveries (Nova Post): from 30 PLN

Collection in the salon - 0 PLN

The exact shipping cost will be shown in the cart before payment is completed.

Available Payment Methods

In our store, you can pay for your order using the following methods:

  • 💳 Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • 📱 Google Pay, Apple Pay

  • 💰 BLIK (for customers in Poland)

  • 📄 Proforma Invoice / Bank Transfer

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation by email.

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will also provide:

  • a tracking number
  • a link to the courier’s tracking page

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Poland by prior arrangement.

Orders are usually ready for pickup within 2 hours during business hours.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Parcels

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@fpv.monster.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the parcel and the products received

If required, we may ask you to prepare a damage report with the courier.

Address Errors and Re-delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer and the parcel must be re-shipped, additional delivery charges may apply.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes may only be possible within the limits allowed by the courier service.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, force majeure events, customs procedures, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

However, if your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
