Purchase Options & Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order free of charge before the order has been shipped.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@fpv.monster

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Include original packaging

• Be securely packed for return shipment

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law (e.g. sealed products opened after delivery, custom or special-order items).

3. Pre-Orders

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order products are items that are currently out of stock or not yet released.

When placing a pre-order:

• Payment may be authorized or charged at the time of purchase.
  

• The estimated shipping date is provided on the product page.
  

• Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability.
  
  

Pre-orders may be cancelled before the product has been shipped.

Once a pre-order has been shipped or delivered, standard return and withdrawal rules apply (see Section 2).
