Payment Policy

1. General Provisions

This policy defines the rules and terms of payment for goods purchased in the FPV.Monster online store.
We accept secure online payments and strive to ensure convenience for customers from Poland and the countries of the European Union.

2. Available Payment Methods

In our store, you can pay for your order using the following methods:

  • πŸ›οΈ Shop Pay (by Shopify)

  • πŸ’° BLIK (for customers in Poland)

  • 🏦 Przelewy24 (P24) – fast online payments through Polish banks

  • πŸ“„ Proforma Invoice / Bank Transfer – prepayment by invoice

3. Payment Currency

  • The main store currency is Polish Zloty (PLN).

  • For customers from the European Union, payment in Euro (EUR) is also available.

  • During checkout, the total amount is displayed in the active currency that will be used for the payment.

  • The final payment amount (in PLN or EUR) is shown on the checkout page before confirming the order.

4. Taxes and Invoices

  • All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) where required by law.

  • Business customers from the EU can enter their VAT number to apply the correct tax rules.

  • After payment, the customer receives an electronic invoice or order confirmation.

5. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways with data encryption (SSL).

  • FPV.Monster does not store full payment card data.

  • For additional security, 3-D Secure / SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) verification may be required.

6. Payment by Card, Google Pay, Shop Pay

  • Payment is made during the checkout process.

  • After successful authorization, the payment is automatically confirmed.

  • If authorization fails, we recommend checking your balance or contacting your bank.

  • When using Google Pay or Shop Pay, the payment is processed through the saved payment methods in your Google or Shopify account.

7. Payment via Przelewy24 (P24) and BLIK

  • Przelewy24 (P24) – a fast bank transfer through your online banking system. After confirmation, you will be automatically redirected back to the store.

  • BLIK – a mobile payment made using a code generated in your banking app. The transaction must be confirmed within the time limit shown on the payment screen.

8. Payment by Invoice (Proforma Invoice / Bank Transfer)

  • You can choose to pay by invoice (Proforma Invoice).

  • After placing your order, you will receive an invoice with bank details for payment.

  • Payment must be made within 3 business days.

  • Please include your order number in the payment reference field.

  • Goods are shipped after the funds are received in the FPV.Monster account.

9. Payment Rejection or Cancellation

If the payment was not successfully completed or the bank declined the transaction:

  • check the card details, balance, and online payment availability;

  • try another payment method;

  • or contact us to verify your order status.

10. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original order.
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 3–10 business days after refund confirmation).

Shipping Policy

1. General Provisions

This policy defines the terms and conditions of product delivery for purchases made in the FPV.Monster online store.
Delivery is carried out through trusted courier services:
InPost, DPD, Nova Post.
We strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery of orders both within Poland and across the European Union countries.

2. Delivery Regions

Poland – delivery via InPost (courier or Paczkomat), Nova Post and DPD Polska.

EU countries – delivery via DPD Europe or Nova Post International.

The exact delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and peak load of courier services.

4. Shipping Cost

The cost of delivery is calculated automatically during checkout depending on:

  • the chosen courier service,

  • the weight of the item,

  • the destination country.

5. Parcel Tracking

After the order is shipped, the customer receives:

  • the shipment tracking number,

  • a tracking link on the corresponding courier’s website or application

6. Local Pickup

In Poland, local pickup is available at the following address:

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

In case of packaging damage or missing items upon receipt, you must:

  • prepare a report with the courier or at the Paczkomat,

  • contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package,

  • provide photos of the damage or a copy of the report.

We will assist in opening a complaint with the courier service and resolving the issue.

8. Address Change or Shipping Error

After the order has been shipped, the address can only be changed within the limits allowed by the courier service.
If the address was entered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for any costs of re-delivery.
